Temporary Permissions
Overview
There are cases when the administrator needs to provide temporary access to a particular resource. You can manage such cases in a dedicated tab in Console -> Configuration -> Temporary Permissions.
Temporary permissions, details tab
To add temporary permissions, go to:
Console -> Configuration - Temporary Permissions
Click the + New temporary permission button and fill in all the fields.

Fields to fill in the Details tab:
User or User group: Select a User or a User group from the list and confirm with the OK button.
Resource: Select the resource you want to grant access to.
Start time: When the permission gets active
End Time: When the permission expires
Auto-delete checkbox: If checked, this particular Temporary permission item will be deleted after permission expires.
After the Temporary permission is deleted, you can still find information about it in the Audit tab -> Users -> Temporary permission event

After assigning the User, Resource, and Time, you may want to review the resource permission scope. Click on the Permissions tab, and mark all the necessary Permissions from the list of available options.

Confirm your setup with the OK button, and you will be ready to go!
