The Event page displays events that are received from registered ECA(s).

Event Levels

Every event has a level classification to indicate their severity.

General information only

Warning

Events that requires attention, but haven't reach Critical state. Might have operational impact to the ECA. Examples: • High system temperature • Unauthorized system reboot • Disk Health warning (<70% but >50%)

Yes, recommended

Critical

Events that has operational and functional impact to the ECA. Example: Disk health critical (<50%)

Event Tabs

Events are filtered in the following tabs: Open, Acknowledged, Resolved and All.

Events that have already been acknowledged

Display all events (unfiltered)

Event Audit

For Open events, you can click the Audit icon to reveal additional information.

You can insert comments about the event. To save the comments, you can:

  • Press Acknowledge button. The event status will change from 'Open' to 'Acknowledge'. The event will be moved to Acknowledge tab.

  • Press Resolve button. The event status will change from 'Open' to 'Resolve'. The event will be moved moved to Resolve tab.

Batch Actions

You can also mark multiple events by checking the checkboxes and assign their statuses with comments all at once.
