# Export ecaOS Logs

## Applicability:

* ecaOS 5

## Description

* The ecaOS logs consist of critical information of the ECA, which is essential for troubleshooting issues encountered on the machine. 

## Requirement

* USB Storage media
* Internet connection (for sending logs to TrueBlue Support)

## Procedure

Download and extract [Export\_ECAOS\_Log\_v1.03.bat](http://trueblue.support/tool/Export_ECAOS_Log_v1.03.zip) onto `D:`drive of the targeted ECA.

Right-click the **Export\_ECAOS\_Log\_v1.03.bat** file, select **`Run as administrator`**

All files will be exported into `D:\Log_Export`.

After export, please zip the whole folder and then email the zipped file to `trueblue@gsfcorp.com`.
