Export ecaOS Logs

Applicability:

  • ecaOS 5

Description

  • The ecaOS logs consist of critical information of the ECA, which is essential for troubleshooting issues encountered on the machine.

Requirement

  • USB Storage media

  • Internet connection (for sending logs to TrueBlue Support)


Procedure

Download and extract Export_ECAOS_Log_v1.03.bat onto D:drive of the targeted ECA.

Right-click the Export_ECAOS_Log_v1.03.bat file, select Run as administrator

All files will be exported into D:\Log_Export.

After export, please zip the whole folder and then email the zipped file to trueblue@gsfcorp.com.
