Export ecaOS Logs

Description
The ecaOS logs consist of critical information of the ECA, which is essential for troubleshooting issues encountered on the machine.
Requirement
USB Storage media
Internet connection (for sending logs to TrueBlue Support)
Procedure
1
Download and extract Export_ECAOS_Log_v1.03.bat onto D:
drive of the targeted ECA.

Right-click the Export_ECAOS_Log_v1.03.bat file, select Run as administrator

All files will be exported into D:\Log_Export
.

After export, please zip the whole folder and then email the zipped file to trueblue@gsfcorp.com
