# Access ecaOS DashBoard

## Applicability

* ecaOS 6

## Description

In ecaOS 6, Dashboard has replaced the System Manager (previously available on ecaOS 4 and 5, but deprecated in ecaOS 6).

## Procedure

There are two methods to access ecaOS Dashboard:

* Method 1 : Using **Security Key** (USB type)
* Method 2 : Using **ECA Access Code**

### Method 1 : Using Security Key (USB type)

1. Ensure you have the Security Key (USB type) ready. Every ECA is shipped with a dedicated unique key. The key cannot be shared with other ECA.\

2. Launch **ecaOS Dashboard** from the Taskbar.\ <br>

3. The system browser will launch, and the Dashboard login page is loaded:<br>

4. Insert Security Key into the **SECURITY KEY** port located on front panel of ECA.<br>

5. Dashboard will show up. And the **Summary** page is displayed:<br>

### Method 2 : Using ECA Access Code

1. Complete the procedure in [Enrol Virtual Security Key for ECA Access Code](/eca/operation-guides-ecaos-6/enrol-virtual-security-key-for-eca-access-code.md)
2. Launch **ecaOS Dashboard** from the Taskbar.<br>

3. The system browser will launch, and the Dashboard login page is loaded:<br>

4. Insert the **6-digits** One-Time-Password (ECA Access code) form the Authenticator app on your device.
5. Dashboard shows up automatically after the valid ECA Access code is inserted.<br>
