Access System Manager

Description

In ecaOS 5, System Manager is the application for managing some of the core features in ecaOS.

Procedure

There are two methods to access ecaOS Dashboard:

  • Method 1 : Using Security Key (USB type)

  • Method 2 : Using ECA Access Code

Method 1 : Using Security Key (USB type)

  1. Ensure you have the Security Key (USB type) ready. Every ECA is shipped with a dedicated unique key. The key cannot be shared with other ECA.

  2. Insert Security Key into the SECURITY KEY port located on front panel of ECA.

  1. The System Manager will show up automatically.

Method 2 : Using ECA Access Code

  1. Launch System Manager from the Taskbar or Windows Start Menu.

  1. The system will prompt for ECA Access code. Insert the 6-digits One-Time-Password (ECA Access code) form the Authenticator app on your device. (Refer Enrol Virtual Security Key for ECA Access Code)

  1. When valid code is entered, the System Manager will appear:
